What is the AKAND?
The Alaska Association of Naturopathic Doctors (AKAND) is a professional association for Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) in the State of Alaska. NDs have been licensed in the state of Alaska since 1986. The AKAND is supported and funded through annual dues paid by our members, contributions from individual and corporate partners, fundraising activities, and revenue from our educational events.
